Our highly commended signature sausages are made with prime cuts from the haunch, neck, shoulder, and flanks, packed in natural hog casings. We believe in keeping things simple to produce an outstanding sausage to rival any you’ve had. Pork back fat is added to lean venison to give a succulent banger with fresh bay, fresh onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and butchers’ rusk (gluten) to bind the ingredients and provide a succulent banger. 

These are big bangers! Average pack of 6 weighs 600g (£14/kg).
