Our gluten-free hand-pressed burgers are made of prime lean cuts of venison from the haunch, flank and neck. We add fresh onion, salt, pepper, hot smoked paprika, a touch of pea powder to bind the burger together, and some beef fat for added juiciness. Each one weighs a hefty 200g average and are packed in 2’s - typical pack size 400g.
