Biltong is a traditional South African air-dried meat. Not to be confused with jerky which contains more sugar, preservatives and baked-dry.
Simon has been perfecting making biltong for over 20yrs. Haunch steaks are cured in a personal blend of spices before being hung to carefully air dry. When ready, the dried steaks are thinly sliced. Best enjoyed with a beer, once opened the pack will soon disappear!

250g Wild British Venison Haunch to produce 100g. Malt Vinegar (gluten), Demerara Sugar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Garlic Powder. Preservative: Potassium sorbate (E202).
